About Danielle McNerney, CPT

Hi, I'm Danielle! I'm a NASM certified personal trainer, an online fitness coach, 4x marathoner, and fitness fanatic who specializes in providing you with expert programming and real support no matter where you are in the world or on your fitness journey. While I focus on supporting women who are new to the gym, I started StrongHer Studio because I believe that every woman deserves to feel strong in her own body while having the structure to stay accountable to their unique fitness goals. No matter if you're on day 1 or day 100 of your fitness journey, I want to support you!

My coaching isn't about punishing workouts or chasing someone else's idea of "fit." It's about building strength, confidence, and habits that last with personalized support every step of the way.

Whether you train with me as part of a cohort or individually, my priority is always to help you unlock the strongest version of yourself.
